A green smoothie that tastes like a sweet treat! This peanut butter, chocolate and banana smoothie is a perfect way to start your new year.
Ingredients
¾ cup Silk Almond Milk (I like unsweetened original or vanilla)
15g (3 tablespoons) JIF Peanut Powder
5g (1 tablespoon) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/16 teaspoon ground cinnamon
28g (1 cup) loosely packed fresh spinach
150g (~1 large) frozen ripe banana, sliced
80g (½ cup) ice cubes
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender in order listed above
Turn on low speed and slowly increase to high speed; blend for two minutes or until completely blended and smooth (time may vary depending on blender strength)
